Shouldn't this have raised red flags with the FBI, when she bought them, that she had a young (20) year old kid at home that probably wasn't able to legally buy these guns for a number of reasons. Just saying. Quoting: ChvyV8Bldr Why would it be a question for her to own these guns? Where in the Constitution does it say anything about "need"? |

Why would his mom need a Sig sauer Glock and a Bushmaster You don't have to have a qualified "need" to own this or that brand or calibur of gun. If you did, then you wouldn't be a "right". Maybe she liked guns and went shooting on the weekends. What? A school teacher can't like guns? My mom is a 60+ year old grandmother who sings in the choir at church... and has a .30 carbine that she loves to shoot at the range. She has guns that she "needs" and she has guns that are fun to shoot. Doesn't matter whether she "needs" them or not. "God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787 |

Why would his mom need a Sig sauer Glock and a Bushmaster The Bushie AR-15, or any AR15, is pretty much the perfect rifle for any woman to own and shoot. They are lightweight, customizable to fit any sized shooter, and fire a low powered, very low recoil projectile. The Glock and Sig are just decent quality, middle caliber pistols, much like I'd expect any female shooter to own. |
