hey, I'm an empath too, I've been feeling a ton of stuff! this may sound crazy but try buying some quartz crystal if you have the money. If not you need to learn how to take in negative energy and transmute it into positive energy. Like someone said before, music, meditation, is a great way to do this. Also, just being aware of how negative energy feels and how to rid yourself of it. Remember to breathe, keep your thoughts centered, practice stillness. If you are watching mainstream media STOP. They are trying to control you with fear. Focus on unconditional love, for everyone, even if they have a thick veil of stupidity over their face.. forgive them! for they know not what they do :] take care friend, I am here for a bit longer tonight, then off to bed, will search for this thread tomorrow though.
