The problem is how easy it is to access guns, why can mentally disturbed people get a hold of powerful weapons, that is at least a main part of the problem.

We still have guns, you can still get them here despite what the uneducated average GLPER thinks. I feel a lot better knowing that people who are getting weapons designed for no other purpose other than to kill go through a tough screening process. So at least one day I don't turn on the TV and see 20 children massacred in my city.

You can get guns on the street, it's easy. A good majority aren't even going through legal channels to purchase guns anymore. If it's registered it's traceable and people aren't wanting to be found out.

You have to take into account how many guns are out there. Do you honestly think there's some form of gun control at this point that would work?
