It is not entirely impossible autistic children often do take there agression out in other forms.......

I'm a diagnosed case of ADD ("adhd without the hyperactivity") myself, also possessing many Asperger's treats. Been investigating these issues basically all my life, and for the past three years I've gone especially deep into all this stuff - what it really is that causes these "disorders", how it affects the way people experience themselves and each other, and so on.

Just as OP, I see a stark conflict in the idea the shooter would have been autistic. Doesn't match at all. Not impossible, but definitely not typical either.

It is the medicine many People use to fight Autism
and the Mood-Disorder and notthe people itself

most autists are turned inward because of too much input from the outside world. it's a case of too much impressions and feelings, and not being able to cope with it at all. there's a cause beyond all that extreme introversy.

if you think autistic kids don't act violent, you've never been among them. they need to vent as well, but they usually build up pressure a whole lot longer that other people. then they explode.

if you think an autistic kid can't hold a grudge against teachers and fellow students, imagine this: you're six years old, and your teacher tells a stupidity. you correct him. he denies it. the whole class laughs. you proof it. he sends you out of class. the whole class laughs and calls you stupid. repeat for the next six years of primary education. repeat for the next six years of secondary education. repeat for the next four years of university.

Oh I'm certainly not trying to define autism here, don't get me wrong, just giving one of the more common attributes of those who have it. I agree, I have been witness to these built up outbursts of anger as you say. And in those outbursts I have not witnessed careful planning, consideration, and calculation by the autistic. It is irrational and explosive, there is no poise involved, and the shooter needed a tremendous amount of that to pull this off.

LOl dude go work with the severely autistic and get bitten and have feces thrown at you and be punched and headbutted, then tell me they don't want to harm anyone.

And btw they can totally hold grudges against particular individuals, whether or not the autistic person in question is high-functioning or low-functioning.

The idea that a school shooting might have been enacted by someone on the "autistic spectrum" is actually fairly plausible.

Ha, no I know trust me, been there. But I have never met an autistic kid capable of this measured course of action. Come to think of it I have never met ANYONE capable of this so what do I know.

Trouble is, these days they are calling many people Autistic
when they are not.
They are acting like there are many different types of Autism.
Never heard all of those in my life.
They diagnosed my young cousin as autistic, yet as far as we can see he's just alittle shy with strangers.
