I would agree with this.

I do believe that in this time at this place there are millions awakening and in it's throes evil is trying to balance, hence the heinousness of these acts, there is fear based propaganda everywhere.

Tune in, turn on, drop out

As we ascend this planet through vibrational vortexes the lower frequencies will grasp to maintain powerful order, to use the last fear in it's arsenal.
