There not removing them untill tommorow medical examiners made positive identification though. I belive they did this in Aurora as well.

Bodies have been ID'd, removed from crime scene

Not sure if it's true that they're leaving the bodies till Sunday, but aren't they trying to determine if there was a second shooter? I would think that's the only way to investigate if there was. One shooter is dead, so he's not talking.

Vance, the State Police spokesperson said yesterday in the press conference ( I watched it) that the "earliest" would be Sunday.

FOX NEWS reported that some of the bodies were removed around midnight.

Removed when? In the middle of the night?

The news media is doing a good job displaying their incompetence today. They are creating and spreading rumors around like facts. It's no wonder that we have a hundred different stories about what happened.

Of course in the middle of the night, should we have another atrocity in the dead children being paraded in front of cameras for the voyeuristic pleasures of their viewers ???

I think the bodies have been removed to the morgue, but the parents are not allowed to physically see or take custody of the bodies. Unless they get a restraining order from a court, the coroner is going to do an autopsy on all the bodies.

They have probably allowed the parents to see photos.

Probably because this thread is to try and get the facts instead of having people read 20+ pages of the original thread and getting all angry and pissed about something that may not even be true!

There is enough shit journalism and conjecture going on, why not try and clear up what can be cleared up and work on areas that are of real concern? Distraction and distortion are such enemies of truth.

Because this was what happened at the Aurora shooting, people were expecting it to be the case again this time. But the police seemed to have taken notice of the public outrage over that and made an effort to remove the bodies more quickly for this shooting. The bodies were removed overnite and all taken to the morgue. Also, unlike the Columbine shootings where the police stayed outside hiding behind their cop cars for four hours before going in, since then, and this time, the police broke into the locked door of the school immediately upon arriving at the scene.
They change their operations as they learn (slowly).

1) We have not yet seen any concrete evidence that these "bodies" exist at all, much less that they have been transported from or to anywhere.

2) The official story only claims that the "bodies" have been identified. The official story does not claim that parents have personally identified their own children. In fact:

As far as we know, parents have still not been permitted to see their own children at all.

Thank the media and all the computerized, dramatic recreations the media wants now these days..

It probaly takes quadruple the time to forensic the crime scene today than it did decades ago due to all the zillion pictures they take and reinactments programmed into the software, and the reinactment maps and overblown media comb they have to do now..

Even the court process is a zillion times more complicated today due to having present tons of evidence from every single angle even though without a doubt someone is guilty. The shooter is dead now, but it wont stop the mounds, and mounds of forsensic paperwork so everything can be written up and professionals being hired in to examine and study everything and write up their reports
Its going to be a long drawn out process that will take months and months like the Aurora shooting...

Standard proceedure , estabish what happened, move the bodies for autopsy, then release them.

It really does defy common sense, but helps provide employment to hundreds more law enforcement people than would otherwise be needed. What other purpose would require such ridiculous extremes. I can see if there is a killing with no suspect and nothing but the crime scene to help in the investigation. But to require every crime scene to have this same exact detailed investigation down to drawings laying out the exact positions of the bodies, etc is ridiculous, Especially when if they were wounded they would allow the wounded bodies to be quickly removed to the hospital, thus destroying their crime scene in that case. So the only reason for having it when the bodies are dead is because of lack of common sense and to expand the size of local and federal government.

I think they twist facts to create confusion. There is no one good story, never will be. Another news story will come up and everyone will forget, except now there will be gun bans.

Good lord. I fucking live here. My town is crawling with scummy reporters and photographers. I had loved ones in the school who, thankfully, made it out safely. Last night we gathered in front of the church to light candles for the people that we know who have died. Real people, who knew everyone in town, who worked at the school for years and schools in surrounding towns for years before that. Get real.

Aren't morgues used for ME to 'identify the dead' and if necessary cause of death (autopsy)!!!!!

In any death situation it seems that the dead are first brought to the morgue then identified....ME make an initial observation then the dead are brought to the morgue.

they don't leave dead people laying around for days where they die until after they get identified. thats absurd!

what the fuck are they doing - the killer is already dead, there will be no trial.

this whole situation reeks of inside job.

There is no f-in reason that those who were killed should remain where they died in that school.
