It just doesn't add up. I recently went shooting, after having never shot before. I've went to a local range for about a year now here and there. I still can't reliably hit where I want at 10 yards with a handgun. Only recently, after private instruction, have I been able to even come close. I don't want to think anyone other than this kid did this.But the question I'm faced with is, how did a 20 year old autistic kid pull this off? And the question I really want to know, is why? It's not like a room full of 6 year olds gave this 20 year old guy a hard time. Why the fuck would you do that? I have a six year old and I just can't imagine WHY them. What is the motive?!

I agree,,, getting full high grade army body armor is harder to get than a full auto anti aircraft gun and 200,000 rounds of ammo..

An observation: people who don body armor do so because they do not want to die. Wearing body armor is not consistent with one killing themselves. And for the reply that he just wanted to make sure he was done before he killed himself, he had more weapons and ammunition he brought with him that he did not use. I predict the story will be changed to say it was not body armor but a tactical vest.

disarming a foe-nation, is one thing. It prevents that nation's citizens from shooting at your troops, when you invade.

dis-armoring a foe-nation, is another thing. It prevents them from stopping bullets, which your troops shoot, at that nation's citizens, when you invade.

If your psy ops only have one front, your psy ops are only 50% effective.

But the main item is to disarm, because if disarmed, you can use other weapons against that foe-nation, when you invade. Flame, disease, destruction of food supply (like Fabius), etc, will all work if those citizens have body armor. As long as you get their rifles/ammo, your invading forces can feel safer.
