Way to stay above the fold) to rest in multiple threads. Knives are inherently different from guns in that there is an intrinsic closeness when using a knife. You have to be right next to your victim, meaning you either have to drain the life from them as you slash at them multiple times, or they escape with varying degrees of bodily harm. The difference between the knife attack in China and the school shooting is the death toll. 0 dead versus 26 dead. Care to guess which is which? Drunk driving/cars--drinking and driving is already banned idiots.If there weren't the roads would be terribly dangerous. The rules set forth by legislative bodies regarding drinking and driving are there for a reason and serve to keep mostof those idiots off the road. Any idiot can walk in a store to buy a gun and go on a rampage. There are more gun dealers than there are McDonald's. Its obvious we need a serious talk about gun control. |

Which is probably exactly where the sudden fear of the 2nd Amendment comes from in the annals of US Gov't. But in today's day and age would any super-size munchin' Uhmerican ever need to use it, or be able to even if they could use it?? If you think having to go through this process is infringing on your rights, then perhaps you aren't fit to own a gun. If the government wants you dead, they'll blow up your house. Your shitting pistol won't do anything against the air force. This isn't about armed revolt and protection against ones own government--there's something deeply wrong with the gun culture on the right.
