Wrong Fail!, Father of shooter worked for G.E., who bring good things to life...  Of course! And we all know that every single person employed by the CIA is in their Employee Directory and always wears a nametag at all times that says: "Hello. I am in the CIA." and never has any sort of a cover job. OK, then. Case closed! NEXT!
