The DSM has become so large over the years that anyone can be deemed mentally defective. Psychiatry has grown out of control and I bet the requirements for getting a gun will include an in depth psychological profile, family history background, any addiction to include smoking cigarettes and the list can go on. The gun purchaser will have to pay for all that testing of course. I loathe what psychiatry has done to many people.
