help! crazy dream

I do generally have crazy dreams, but I can't figure this one out. To be brief, in my dream I was standing at my back door and it was pitch black. The street lights weren't even on. I opened the screen door and the kitchen light shined out on the lawn. As soon as the light hit the lawn I saw a large black dog, but it had the head of a boy (maybe around 13 years old)He just looked at me. I was so startled to see a dog with a human head that I closed my back door and sat down. Thats when the dream ended.
