And I'm quite convinced this story was more about the OP painting himself as a supposed hero than the truth, or certainly in affecting any positive result. |

I just laughed and said fine but it doesnt work shit coming right back. Now mind you Ive never working in a store but arent those little registers electric? Had a wonderful dinner and it did work ;) |

Letus put it this way: both ways are a good idea, but i for one only know about the one i mentioned that, yes, it works, and no one got fired etc. Problem solved; no one hurt/fired. Walmart does hire extra help to clean the rest rooms, and the amount of pay is beside the point; not the issue. I see nothing wrong with minimum wage. I should pay some kid i have to hang over, and clean up after, the whole time heis working, $25.00 an hour, to clean out kitty litter boxes?- who the "L" is going to pay me to watch and wipe his little ass? |

I would have done the same. Of course, Sheniqua wouldn't have cared. Hopefully the manager saw what was going on. I've noticed more and more that cashiers are checking their phones for text messages. Each time they do that the lines are held up longer and longer. It's worse than it ever was. I also notice a lot of personal conversations going on among cashiers. That really drives me crazy. They'll turn away from the register and it's party time. One store that I go to the cashiers eat while they check you out and they have tip jars lol. It grosses me out and I wont go to the line where they are snacking..it's kind of a ghetto store. Touching filthy money and then putting your hand in your mouth is gross.
