Take the magazine out, clear the chamber, remove the screw from the bottom of the stock which holds the receiver. The entire receiver and barrel assembly will then slip out of the stock. Push out a few roll pins, and the trigger assembly and bolt pop right out. I stopped fighting my inner demons. We're on the same side now.
