I wish it were that simple but I think things are so far gone for now that they're going to have to run their course. First, OP, your subject line is a lie. The Court did not "demand" a TRO. The Judge set a deadline for the plaintiff(s)--in this case primarily Wacked Out Lady--to supply evidence that the Court will then review to determine the TRO. Second, even if the Judge did issue a TRO--a highly unlikely outcome here for too many reasons to go into--it would immediately be appealed, and the 9th Circuit would lift the order. The Supreme Court--for sound legal reasons--would not take the Taitz's appeal if she filed it.
