All of the "prayers and tears" Americans make me sick

I feel bad for the families just like I would for any parent losing their children. However this massacre helped reaffirm to me that the majority of Americans (Right and Left) are selfish biggots to whom White life is more valuable than Brown. Where have the prayers and tears been for the last 10 years as we have invaded 8 countries.

Hopefully some perspective for all of us in regards to the tragedy that occurred yesterday.

While this concept may be foreign to us Americans, the reality rings all to true for those in the way of our mighty Military Industrial Complex. In Iraq alone, our forces on average killed 6 innocent civilians per day for five years straight. And we wonder why the rest of the world hates us.

The truth of it is there are no winners in any of this but those who direct this do not yet know the ultimate cost to themselves and care for nothing more than being the "great men of the earth" but they will not escape what they do to us and this planet anymore than we will or do.

Nothing is free.

And some of us do cry and pray for all living, everywhere. So get off your high horse and actually do something for someone for whom you can to ease one day in their life or provide hope .

You have no idea who I am and what I do for people in my community. I live in one of the worst areas in the US.....Gary, IN. So until you come on down to my neighborhood and help change peoples lives, you my friend can STFU.

It does make Americans look self absorbed when they get teary over some children they don't know that died thousands of miles away in their country but coldly dismiss all of the children that get killed overseas by the US military every single day.

I'm seriously embarrassed for my US friends right now and kind of sick of them to be honest.

I just don't understand how we are able to dismiss so much death everyday, yet when something like this happens they come out of the woodworks. Either you value human life or you don't. We don't get to pick and choose which ones are valuable and which aren't.

The first thought on my mind this morning. Was watching CNN yesterday and this happens almost every day in Syria. Every lost life is a disaster, but are life in west more value the in the rest of the world?
