does detox assist in cleansing emotional debris as well as physical debris?
so, I have heard that the accumulation of toxins and debris in the body (muscles, joints, fat, bloodstream, etc.) can be parallel to the holding onto of past negative emotions, traumas, etheric "scars"/attachments if you will... if not a direct manifestation of

so is detoxing enough to also get rid of the emotional problems?

if the emotional problems are not dealt with separately besides just detox of the physical body, will the emotional problems continue to manifest themselves as ailments in the physical body?

and the reverse question, if the emotional problems are dealt with yet not the physical, will the solving of the emotional problems cure the physical ones?

detox may bring deeper ( buried) emotional stuff to the surface for your attention - work on the physica l ( which detox is) can 'dislodge stuff which was residing quietly 9 having effect but not always consciously

it will bring it up in manageable waves
although it won't always feel manageable and may feel overwhelming , you can deqal with stuff in waves - and not all at once

working on the physical alone won't 'un do' the repeating patterns of emotional blockages unless psychological work is done to

so when it comes up for your attention- try stepping back from yourself and seeing what comesup

it can be so buried that it's hard to see

and sometikmes when we do - we get involved in the emotion of it and cannot rationalise our reactions and the actions that put them there

but we are spiritual beings also

ignore that and all the work on emotional and physical will not heal and allow for contentment

heal the spiritual and the rest will sort itself

that's how the control cycle of energy flows - from spiritual to emotional to physical -
sowork on the physical to assit the emotional
work on the emotional to assist the spiritual

but it's work/effect in the spiritual which determines the outcome

we aren't meant to live forever but we are meant to live better than we do

and when we do- it shows

hope that helps

in my experience/view, the physical and emotional body can and should not be seen as separated. detox implies that there is something toxic, a state-of-being which differs, which is not in harmony. Question yourself what it is which/what experiences disharmony, which/what it is which/what knows about THE state-of-being of being IN HARMONY?. What is it YOU call/name Harmony?

If you already ask those questions, you experience a deviation from Harmony. Don't mind about the notion 'Toxic' or 'Detox', cause it can never explain what you already know, intuitively. Forget the whole notion about physicality and emotions and toxicity.

Sometimes it is in fact good and for a good reason that you are 'toxic' or not in Harmony. Say you are a child traumatized by some physical or emotional (or both) experiences, and you are being flooded/overwhelmed by pain/emotions which can threaten the functioning of different organs or the mind, then your body will change its chemistry to lessen the impact of the chaos, to reestablish at least some kind of Harmony and therefore to make sure you can go on with 'life' although it is/will be a life experienced to a lessened degree/intesity, as if experienced through some kind of fog which 'veils consciousness'. A person who experiences such kind of traumatization will almost certainly forget the event/cause of the traumatization itself. The thing which will be left is a feeling of unease, a realization that something is just not right, intuitively remembering that one is not in original Harmony. A lot of times, people who experienced such traumatization cease to grow spiritually/mentally/physically, until their circumstances change in a way that a 'safe-zone' is available, where growing can commence.

Do what YOU feel/think is right. Listen to your intuition. When you're ready, you'll automatically do what you'll do. Your intuition will lead you on the path which is right for YOU.

Again, there is no separation between body/mind/spirit. Everything is intertwined. Imo. you should not force healing, but if you decide to do so, it of course also means that you're ready. I'm sorry but yes, it's a paradox which at least i myself lack the knowledge on how to express it verbally, maybe someone else who reads this can elaborate on it much better than me.

Namaste
