Someone arrested for felony pot possession last year in Washington State, this year would be a free man. But the guy from last year is a felon for marijuana and loses his gun rights in a lot of states, with no recourse. Yet the guy arrested yesterday for the same thing can go buy a gun with the proceeds from sales, distribution. What does drugs sales, alcohol offenses, non violent crimes have to do with responsible gun ownership? I'm more scared of people on medications or missing their doses than I am of a stoner who might have a rifle in the woods. If no persons were harmed then no problems. If the state was harmed and is picking up the charges that should say enough. Unfortunately for you I have researched biblical doctrine for over 20 years and you are totally wrong.
