Early on the news it was reported 26 victims. On this vid, at 2:10 reporter states 18 children and staff. Then at 2:44 banner on the screen shows 26 Dead including 18 children. Next we hear the two children who were taken to the hospital also died making it 20 children. Yet the number of original victims didn't change. Still 26 victims?
