Anyone else seem to get an upset stomach quite often nowadays?

Sometimes I will go months with no stomach issues then for no reason I start getting upset stomach. The only thing I can come up with is that when my sinuses act up and I get a lot of post-nasal drip, then my stomach acts up. This year as soon as the rainy season started, I began getting stomach aches. It may be due to mold growth in my house because of the high humidity. I know that houses these days are built more tightly and have less ventilation which leads to mold growth in humid conditions. That little fact right there will cause a person's sinuses to act up which in turn causes stomach aches.

well that's interesting, that you linked the sinus problems to the stomach - never would have made that connection!

OP - i'm the same as you, never had problems with my stomach, ever, apart from the last few months. And i eat healthy like you. i'm taking echinacea tincture every day to help my immune system, as i think i,ve had some strange-symptom virus a few weeks ago that kindof keeps coming back.

I didn't even think of that. I live in a pretty old house and I guarantee there's mold growing everywhere in this house, especially after the super hot, humid summer we had here.

My house is about 40 years old. I had problems with water leaking into the house in the winter. The weirest thing is that everyone who stays here for more than a few days ends up with stomach aches and sinus problems. After hearing that you have similar complaints and also live in a humid older house, I must say that mold is the most likely cause. Now the question is how do we rid the house of this mold?

Good question. I wouldnt even know where to start. The basement alone is probably mold heaven.

Mold is how they're killing us with cancer. Thats what cancer really is.
