Does this rocket have the on-board compass mapping system that makes satellite obsolete?

Where it gets launched from a specified place by soldiers with earth mapping coordinates, that is uploaded to the rocket by a laptop launch pc on location? The on-board rockets mapping systems follows the mathematic route by the degrees of true north to within a city block?

Once the U.s gets this tech down to a science , and loaded on all rockets and icbm's we can then blow all satellites out of orbit from every nation.

They were talking Russian. At first I thought Iran was showing off its Yakhont cruise missiles in a test which would be surprising. lol. But I was right that Iranian military will not show its sunburn and yakhont CM arsenal.

Just think of Yakhont and sunburn along with Kosar, Noor, Sahand, and other Cruise missiles being launched from Iranian coastal mobile batteries at US fleet and its allies in the Persian Gulf.
