Some of the bathroom humor is a little too much, but we can quickly scan away from that and the perverse titles on the threads...I also wonder if Soros inc. isn't paying some of the annoying liberal posters, too---some of them sound like mouthpieces for him and obama inc. Quick to spot and quick to turn away from!

Yup, its important to take everything with a grain of salt. If you research enough its easy to spot the dis-info and in my opinion, its probably best not to engage it. The purpose of dis-info is to scramble your brain wave pattern from something that is fluid into something that is scattered, hence why certain posts explode into so much hateful back and forth's. Some people thrive on that type of energy..

Agreed. I check in every now and then and find because of the amount of members worldwide it is the most up-to-date with all news.

There is usually someone living close to the action who knows what is really going on and can post the information quicker than even the reporters, etc.

What I like is the alternative viewpoint. We all know everything is not as it seems in this world and GLP gives every perspective.

It's also the best evangelical Christian forum ever! Oh, what? You mean it isn't a Christian forum? I really am confused now.

Lately it has been very petty here, and the hard cord bible thumpers look for any excuse to bring god and Jesus into the conversation.
I started coming here a few months ago, and since then it has gotten worse in my opinion with the whole religious Shit.
There's also been a lot of racism, a lot of sexism, and tons of ignorant people trolling for no reason. If there was a way to get rid of the people who make the threads like "why I'd kill a black man for dating my white princess", or "this is proof that men are superior to women", or "god has forsaken America because you're all retarded atheisms" si on purpose. :)
Or threads like "I give up, want to off myself", or the generalized "I've linked the illumimati with the jesuits with the Easter bunny"... Yeah.
Oh and the new thread every minute that reads "I'm an angry minimum wage worker and I'm gay, ask me a question"...
These are the majority of the threads on here.
But I enjoy the other ones. You know, the ones from sane people with the actual facts, and news in them....

Yeah, I would like a 2nd option, but I haven't found one. My work PC got BANED for jumping IPs too much (damn you Trin!), so I used my phone for a day until it got BANED also...I am totally starving here @ work!!!! I just lurk, too. I wish the bane hammer wasn't so blind, and requesting an unbane is a lost cause. I just lurk and rarely if ever post.
