And all of this chaos revolved around Valentine's Day 2010. -Publicly announced she was going to adopt a third world baby, only to change her mind a week later and run off to a strip club the same day she was allegedly meeting said baby. -Continued to meltdown and make public appearances like this and this. -Announced she was addicted to Ambien, and other medications but publicly refused rehabilitation. Then later offered to be on only VH1's Celebrity Rehab, but then later withdrew from that too. -Everything about the 2010 "Gathering of the Juggalos"... -Was hospitalized for a suicide attempt that resulted in a brain aneurysm.
