He could out-do the Helter Skelter performance by singing, "Simply Having a Wonderful Christmastime" and then there'd be a mass group suicide.

Thank you for the warning. There is nothing that bores me more than the Beatles.

This is the first time I've heard this. How did this get by me? What happened!?! This is THE worst mess I've ever encountered. And I am going to listen again because I can't believe my ears.

Re: Paul McCartney on SNL tonight
It was Christmas time two years ago when McCartney was on SNL because he was in NYC for a special concert. After hearing his performance, I thought he should hang it up right there and then, because voice was shot.

I'm sorry if my saying this is considered by his fans a sin, but I really think that he did do well with age - he sounded off key. Or as Randy would say on Idol, "that was kind of pitchy, dog".

That Martin Short into was so awkward to be watching with my 13 year old.. she just looked at me with irritation and zero humor and said.. "well. this is awkward."

I said.. "let's turn back to Too Cute program" and she said.. "yeah."

Re: Paul McCartney on SNL tonight
I just watched him sing something about Valentine. I think it's really good and totally different from anything I associate with him.

I've been watching him for mannerisms and although I wavered for a while, I think it's really Paul.
I recently watched a youtube of the beatles on the Ed Sullivan show and he seemed to have slightly detached earlobes on that show. About like he had on SNL tonight.

IDK, maybe there are actually two Paul Mccartneys.
