Second person in custody

A law enforcement official told the Associated Press that the shooter at the school was a 20-year-old man with ties to the school. The official said one of the guns used in the attack was a .223-caliber rifle.

NBC News also tweeted that a second person was in custody, with a possible connection to the school shooting:
