When I was a little kid sticking my fingers in my mouth, nose, ears, my mother was always grabbing my hands and putting them down at my side, ESPECIALLY if we were taking a photo! I said the same exact thing earlier in this thread somewhere. To see it in one picture, fine, the girl sneaked her hand up to her mouth right as the cameraman said "Cheese!" But, for another photo, the *same identical* hand in mouth gesture? Weird. I would bet most mothers would break that habit ASAP. And especially a mother (perhaps a home-maker...with Dad as the sole breadwinner) from affluent Fairfield County, CT. Someone else speculated that the young girl has a mental deficiency, so the parents just allow it. It is odd, either way, and it jumped right out at me when I saw the posed photo with Obama.
