That officer intends on going home to his family and he can`t afford to give convicted criminals a chance to get him first.All that guy had to do was put his hands up and follow the cops orders but he decided instead to jump out and make a bunch of fast moves with his hands.They say he was caught in his seat belt and was trying to free himself,It doesn`t matter.Was it wrapped around his leg or what?Cause he was standing outside the pickup when he was shot.After that officer told him he would shoot him this guy started moving his hands towards his waistband even lifting his shirt up while looking down as if he was grabbing something.So c`mon, murder?! BULLSHIT!! That dude got himself killed by ignoring everything the cop told him to do.Put in that same situation, I would have capped that fool too.
