At some point, we would hope that the majority of the world is mature enough to not even need separate rest rooms for men and women. Women feel more comfortable without men in their rest room. Men are wired to be very horny and visual when it comes to sex. Some women are too. With ideas such as this topic, we still have a lot of maturing to do. Being an adult by age, obviously does not mean you are truly an adult.
