Even more so, that there is still no proof of infidelity. But that one little text is enough to make many people do some very wicked, infantile things.

Well he should get the text messages.

And gut feelings are usually right.

Your not a poker player are you?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17332110

I used to play poker professionally. I did very well. But I chose to engage in things that reward more so skill, than luck. Poker rewards luck more than skill, it only appears the other way around on the surface due to the media and loads of misrepresentation done by professional players on tv and even in the poker rooms.

He should be more dense, and much more trusting, and ignore the entire situation. It doesn't amaze me that no one here suggested the possibility that this conversation could simply be nothing and that she deleted the texts so that he wouldn't see them and thing something other than what it really is. Nothing. I don't agree with hiding things, but, some people do that, in order to not give the person looking from the outside in, the wrong impression about what's actually taking place on the inside.

Your gut feelings are as right as you want them to be.

Your right It could be a possible misunderstanding.

But the hairs on your arm stand up on end when In danger, your adrenaline pumps up when In danger. Your gut feelings tell you if your being watched alone in the woods or if your walking into a trap.

Here's an analogy.

Ever circle an answer on a test without reading the question because you were absolutely sure that you were right? Then after re reading the question with all the facts you logically determine your wrong and change answer.

The teacher hands the test back the next day. And you got that answer wrong? and that your first answer you circled was correct?

That's called not trusting your gut.

Feeling like you are in danger, is no proof that you actually are in danger. You can emulate these same sensations by watching a scary movie, that scares the hell out of you. And then intentionally subjecting yourself to the darkness of your room (granted you are spooked by the movie).

That last part? Just as random as the rest of the world. No sure way to define whether your gut feeling is always going to overcome logic.
