Saturnalia - A Time of Child Sacrifice
Why did you THINK the Puritans that came to this country outlawed the Roman Catholic blasphemy called Christmas? Saturnalia. It is a time of child sacrifices.. that is why people eat gingerbread men today.. it is the custom.

Re: Saturnalia - A Time of Child Sacrifice
interesting. I personally think it's pretty insane that "Christians" celebrate a pagan holy day and if you point it out to them they get a sort of righteous indignation...mindless sheep led to the slaughter...I do not celebrate christmas, however I did put up a tree with lights this year because my family needed SOMETHING to be festive about for a change..plus I like the lights...

Re: Saturnalia - A Time of Child Sacrifice
You know, I have thought about this for years. We need to.

You are both right about this. To snatch back what they stole/twisted/turned into another religion and foisted it upon us when we were not reading the bible and history, we could do this:

the day after Christmas/Saturnalia celebration week, which would be about after the 27th to be sure, (let's say about after Jan 2 or something to be safe about it) let us all who reject Saturnalia and Satanic sacrifice to the Solar Deity and worship of his saviour-babe and wife/sister/mother figure (!)
let us put up a lot of lights after Jan 2 or 3 or 4... or near the end of January when everybody is depressed with the bills for Saturnalia/Christmas coming in and all fun times have gone.

Then, every day, make a treat for the family, and then, make a treat for the friends, and make a treat for the neighbors, and make organic treats for all your neighbors' dogs and cats, and do this all thru the winter weeks of depression.

Your lights will be a statement and a testimony of your revolt against the evil of Christmas itself and the evil horned god Saturn/Kronos and the Anti-Christ.

There is nothing wrong about trees, Yah made them all and they are good; just don't cut them down for this 2 week celebration of the Death God and his son saviour-imposter, Jesus/Christ/The Lord of Death born at the festival in Winter.

Decorate the trees and bushes in your wintery grey yard. They will help everyone.

If people ask you why the timing seems off, just tell them you don't believe in celebrating Christmas, but you love the Creators of the bible and their creation, and don't want to destroy any of that.

They will look funnily at you but you will have planted a seed of truth that they will wonder about ... and may look up and prove to themselves that Christmas is anti-Scriptural and cruel.
