Are these panic attacks?

if i think of doing something embarrassing like screaming or saying something embarrassing for enough time i get the sudden intense headache and lightheadedness and fear until i either scream/say something embarrassing, or it will go away after a little while by itself. it ALWAYS happens in a car with other people because there is no way to walk away from it which makes me think of it without even trying... which makes it even worse! what are these?!?
