"And there's a good chance that Barrios is right — about the flames, that is. Chinese floating lanterns, also called "sky lanterns," have been blamed for at least one debunked UFO sighting. The lanterns, roughly the size of a small trash can liner, have a paper-and-wax wick mounted to the opening. When lit, the wick burns brightly and creates enough hot air for the lantern to float up, up and away. Additionally, identical lanterns that were aloft at the same time and place would be subject to the same air currents, so they would probably appear to move in a coordinated fashion, as the lights over Brooklyn and San Francisco did. Thread: Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura, - a cover up of an extraterrestrial invasion”- the so-called “Skinwalker Ranch - The Lake Erie UFo's!, Whitley Strieber's Unknown Country - The Lake Eerie UFO Case: an Outstanding Report! Monday, November 19, 2012It's not often that a UFO case gets such expert treatment as is seen here in Wes Penre's deeply researched and careful analysis of the Michael Lee Hill Lake Eerie UFO case. Noteworthy is the fact that a documentary that was being done by Spike TV on Hill was abruptly cancelled by 'higher authorities.' As many who have gone down that same road know, all too often, UFO related projects are abruptly cancelled for unknown reasons by media at every level. It is hard to believe that some sort of intervention from the outside is routinely suppressing sensible and positive stories about this subject. The part where the radio is interrupted by something that knew they where there was interesting.
