Or neither, and attempt to smarten people up? we haven't had a multiple fatality shooting since the military weapons and handguns were restricted . that's enough, no need to ban them altogether. sure if americas founding fathers knew their second ammendment would lead to tens of thousands of deaths annually ,and massacres of children, they would have worded the 2nd ammendment differently guns took a while to reload back when they wrote it. |
