Mars is the only place I know of for sure, I have heard also certain key events in human history.

There is information leaking out now about a base in mars, connected to earth by a stargate acccessible from Pine gap and other bases. But this may suggest that the connection to mars and earth share different timelines. ( ie if you stargate to mars you may be there now but in the earths past) I am not privy to the details. Any ideas why Mars and Earth's Timelines would not match up? Not a clue :-)
