I can understand Egypt wanting to get a new constitution in that ups the living standard for the 'little guy' and has a leadership that gets along with it's neighbors. When it was found out that Israel was getting a 'cut-rate on natural gas' the 'solution' should have been to lower the price to Egyptians to the same level. All well and fine if they study the constitutions from Cuba, Venezuela, etc but if they don't take the steps Iceland did (cancel the National Debt to the World Bank) and throw Politicians and Bankers in jail (add in business and inside men in the military.

Fuck the planes they are just spares for NATO anyway, everyone else is going to systems like the iron dome or S-500 but you have to build them yourself if you want to make sure you have the only trigger button.

If Martial Law can be declared anytime by the military then let the people vote in who the Generals are and all their meetings get broadcast to the public.

Unless they can raise the flow rate of the Nile so it is 50 ft higher, tourism is the next best moneymaker. Have the hotel rooms have 3d tours that you direct and then you go there to see it in person if you like. Weekend trips over the desert on 22nd century Zeppelins.
Course like all Nations a policy of keeping peace through having more guns might reach a point of diminished returns when it is all said and done. 1984 was a movie about the Stare controlling the masses, 2014 is the masses running the 'leaders' the same way.
