I eat 3 per day. That should be sufficient as a preventative. Yes, those with cancer should ingest more. I chew them up and swallowed them. They are slightly butter, taste like amoretto liquer.

Didn't know about the benefits or the dangers, and I never felt sick. I would probably eat five or six at a time.
