Eating Apricot seeds - Chew or not

...people eat apricot seeds? I never knew.

But I just did that magic googley thing and I found this:

i grind them up in a coffee bean grinder fill them in empty gelatin Capsules. 1 capsul equals approximately 1 seed.

When I make juice, I don't cut out the seeds of an Apple...the wire basket catches the pulp but I just cut them up small enough to fit in the machine...been doing it for 20 years with no problems...everyone says Apple seeds are poison...that's bullshit.

I used to crack open the seeds as a kid and eat the insides because I thought it tasted good. Didn't know about the benefits or the dangers, and I never felt sick. I would probably eat five or six at a time.
