Dear poster, your argument is specious. Unfortunately children die from myriads of causes.
You gave whatever rights away you ever had, do not mess with ours.

Alot of the children referenced would obviously be those under 18 or perhaps even including those 18 and possibly killed in gangland associations.

I have no clue about home invasion in Ireland but it is real herein the US and will continue to get worse as fewer and fewer jobs are available and economic condtions worsen and we like to think we can defend ourselves from this.

You can make all the laws you want regarding guns but it will not make those who illegally use them and who make these statistics real that you read conform with them, leaving the rest of the law abiding citizens defenseless.
