Hey. Thanks for the support on the Yuma Thread. I appeciate it but thats not why I brought it forward.

We were all stunned to find out he was coming home and knew it had to be somthing substantial for him to make this decision. He's not easily convinced or swayed so it must of have a big impact on him. Will know more when my sister gets the whole conversation by Friday. He's even decided to leave the new holiday trailer behind because it would take too long to get the new hitch installed for the fifth wheel to pull it. He's in a hurry. Out of there tomorrow.

My other sister and husband don't know what to do. They all just got down there in the last 30 days. Don't want to leave but on the other hand...... They just might head inland and go cruising around instead. Hard decision to make for them. Wait and see. I think they are mad at my Brother Inlaw. Somtimes people just don't want to know.

south. I know that there are 1,000s of retired folks
and many MORE "financially strapped families"/single
gentlemen....who consider the idea of cheap RV or TENT-Camping as an attractive break from northern climes.
(Or...as a solution to facing homeless situations in
the North!)
BUT THIS YEAR--2012...UNFORTUNATELY...MAY BE A 'VACATION EXPERIENCE' YOU MAY WISH YOU'D SKIPPED!

The up-tick in USGS reports of Baha/California
quakes makes the 'AT SEA LEVEL' and 'BELOW SEA LEVEL'
locations in these areas RISKY if not life-threatening!
Consider the tsuanmis of Japan 2011....a QUAKE-
RELATED WAVE OF WATER WILL NOT BE STOPPED IN
THAT AREA....It would wash inland many 100s of miles.
(Maybe "Q" Mountain behind "Love's Truck Stop" in
Quartzsite, AZ may save you in a tsunami....but what
would you do for supplies/shelter?)

If you have ever been in the Southwest during the
Christmas season and noticed the 1,000s of RV campers
and young TENT campers dotted across the flat open
areas of Arizona, then you can imagine what kind of
LOSS OF HUMAN LIFE such and event could cause!
Having both tent-camped and RV/VAN camped in these
areas myself--I can tell you there are very few
areas where one might be able to outrun a serious
FLOOD EVENT!

Just TRY TO PICTURE in your mind's eye what the water
(coming from the South Sea of Sultan in a Baha quake)
similar in the following video would do to
the campers and RV/vendors at the CHRISTMAS 2012
ROCK SHOWS of Yuma, Quartzsite or Tucson, AZ!!
