This shooting is PRECISELY why the second amendment was written into the constitution. It has nothing to do with hunting ,sport shooting or even self defense. The way their lawyers have interpreted the statement is that if its not released by the State Police they cannot report it.... completely against the constitution. his company is now in contact with several MSM and are panning to file a federal lawsuit tomorrow.
