I would put it this way:
Plenty of money to wage wars but not enough money to buy a health insurance policy for every person in the country.
(By the way healthcare is provided by doctors and nurses, not the government).

Should trained doctors and nurses take care of you, for free?

Really?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30051589

He is a left-wing parasite.
He thinks "the government" should pay for it.
In other words, THE TAXPAYER.

Liberals have no problem enslaving others to work
for them, which is why they are so enamored of
socialism, and communism.

You have exactly the same right to Health care as you do to firearms.

Any amount of either you are able to pay for, you can have.

Nobody gives away free guns, and also, nobody gives away free health care, how can you say there is a difference when they are dealt with the exact same way?

Your argument is flawed.....you have a right to bear arms and have health care in this country. Neither should be given for free though

The concept of socialized health care, and a welfare state did not exist when the constitution was framed. The right to bear arms is a part of the constitution, which is an agreement between a corporate person (the federation) and the citizens of all the states within the federation. The responsibility of delivering health care is a state responsibility, not federal one.

I am my brothers keeper.

"When you do unto the least of these, you do unto me".

Tsk Tsk. And we consider ourselves a Christian nation... Hell bent on clinging to our guns. We are ALL culpable and responsible for creating a society that creates mass murderers.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30053889

How convenient to pull out that we are a Christian Nation when you know religion is being suppressed and even prayer is banned in schools you cannot have it your way then blame the belief system of others as being faulty.

Banning guns solves nothing when the left has systematically removed God from everyone we once held dear to us as Americans. Further in all countries that have banned guns have only successfully removed guns from law-abiding citizens and simply look at the control drug cartels have and the body count each year.

Look at our own country with roving gangs of youths robbing stores and malls and tell me whose fault is this really.

Do you really believe we want to become as helpless as you are with a crime rate such as in the United Kingdom that has far fewer people and land mass? In the United Kingdom, law-abiding citizens were forced to turn in their guns and you somehow feel safer knowing gang members and criminals have guns.

We “keep” an ever-increasing amount of entitled people on the various welfare rolls and all we have created is dependant people with no self-respect and plenty of time on their hands.

You don't see the difference?
We have a GOD GIVEN RIGHT to protect ourselves
and to defend our live and property.
The cost of that defense is borne by the
individual.

Health care is a SERVICE that requires the time
and labor of others.

NOBODY has a GOD GIVEN RIGHT to the time or labor
of others, quite the CONTRARY.

To demand the time and labor of others, as
your right, would make them your slaves.

If anyone wants to make their time or labor
available to you, free of charge,

THAT IS THEIR RIGHT.

There are many CHARITIES which will help you
if you have no means of your own.

BUT,
YOU CANNOT DEMAND THAT THE GOVERNMENT FORCE
OTHERS TO PROVIDE YOU THEIR TIME AND LABOR,
FREE OF CHARGE.

Well that didn't happen. The poor were not taken care of, and in fact, have been taken advantage of by the wealthier people gaming the system to their advantage.

So your response is ... let them rot away because the government shouldn't be doing it?

Very compassionate of you.

And hell yes, Jesus was a liberal. All of his teachings demand liberalism from his followers. Love one another? If a person asks for your shirt, give him your cloak also? Turn the other cheek? Easier for a man to pass through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter the 'kingdom' of heaven'? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you?

There are no poor in this country from a biblical standpoint. even the lowest 1% of wealth in our country are in the top 5% of the world in wealth.

People in the Us think they are poor, but they have a home, with heating and cooling, they have food, and drink, and shoes, and clothes, and a tv.but they bitch about how poor they are.

people with much less in other countries know they have a good family and life, and consider themselves rich.

Rich and poor are a state of mind for the most part, and Americans are wonderful and making themselves SOUND LIKE VICTIMS.
