Went to the local gun store yesterday and there were probably 25 people lined around the display cases waiting in line to have someone get a gun out for them to buy. This does not include people milling about looking in the display cases or the line waiting to pay for ammo or other items. This was just the line to actually see a gun. They have a lot people working there so it wasn't a lack of employees. It has been packed ever since Obongo won re-election but yesterday was crazy. I have frequented gun stores for 30 years and have never seen anything like that before.

Any suggestions for a non-gun owner to purchase?? Handgun, or rifle?? Now that all this crazy shit is happening??

Actually no, Ruger and S&W didn't shut down production, they couldn't keep up with demand,so they weren't taking orders.

Yep, there all dropping $850-$2500 on an AR, $400 for a case of ammo, and $200 for a dozen or so 30 rounders just so they can turn them in later.

People dropping this much cash at this point of the game have no intention of just handing them over in the future.
