I've previously only been a member of GOA because I view the NRA as a compromise gun lobby.

However, when a group of people are actively calling for the blood of any pro-gun organization, even that of the milquetoast NRA (no offence), I feel that it's time for me to join their ranks.

I can't say I understand this posturing about guns and 2nd amendment BS. I mean, after all, pretty much everything else has been stripped from the constitution, so why worry.

If YOU guntards really wanted to win, you would do a few things different.

Quit proving how retarded many gun owners are by having 'shoot em up' fairs where you shoot cars, targets, etc. Have a professional show instead of looking like a bunch of yahoos.

If the gun is to be a respected part of a lifestyle quit selling them at FLEA MARKETS and 'trade shows' where for all appearances, it looks as if your respect guns as much as basebally cards and beanie babies.

As for arguing, quit making stupid arguments. Don't bring up banning knives, cars, etc. Even if it were a valid comparison (it's not, and most who use the argument aren't smart enough to do so intelligently), the people on the other side don't care, and they are WINNING.

You don't spout off about banning cars when a classroom of children were just murdered. You STFU and listen. Later, once the pain is at least softened,then you can try to bring up your point of view.

Again, I could go on about the vast majority of stupid arguments, but likely most have quit reading by now.

But here's the best part where I can tell you how to win, but most of the guntards have lost interest, so it falls on dear ears.

Here's my example. When a builder wants to put in a 25 story highrise into a sensitive area where a lot of opposition is, here is what they do.

Float a balloon (announce it, let it die)
Float a bigger balloon. (leak that the building will be 30+ stories.
Send out your propaganda to council, businesses etc, showing how NOT building it will bring the area down. The STATUS QUO is failure.
Let the opposition build up their army to battle you make their cases etc.
Whatever they say.... ignore it and continue your own propaganda.
'CAVE IN' to the pressure. Offer peace offerings, consulting, compromise etc.
Agree on building a 25 story building, put in some low cost housing, or charity etc. Write that part off as an expense or add it into the cost of building.

For all you guntards, you should:

1. Be advocating getting grenade launchers, sniper rifles, etc. NOT just handguns or assault rifles. That's what the police did and now they have APC's.

2. Ignore the handgun and assault rifle debate. To a true 2nd amendment believer, it's like arguing if the sun is up in the day time. Why argue something that is a basic right?

3.A variation on 1 and 2, don't draw your line in the sand at handguns and assault rifles. You are constantly left to defend your last position and cannot hope to ever expand if necessary or desired. That position is set up for failure as it is constantly bombarded and the guntards don't budge, and the gun control advocates don't budge, but each time a tragedy happens, a few more go the gun control side.

4. When a tragedy happens, don't take this as an opportunity to support your position. No matter what you believe, no matter what the world is really like. NO ONE, except all you circle jerkers wants to hear about it. OPPOSITELY when an item causes a tragedy, there is a large amount of people who want the situation to be fixed. The easiest way to 'fix it' is to take it away. I am not saying what's right, just what is.

5. Finally, please just stop all the guntards from opening their mouths. They do far more damage than good. If you want to spout off to like minded people, go for it. But the things the tards say is so offbase, it isn't funny.

6. And finally, just stop all the guntards from opening their mouths when a tragedy happens. Did I repeat this? If so, it's because most guntards come off angry, short tempered, low intelligence twits, and that in and of itself is proof to many that these people shouldn't have guns in the first place.
