Also, the legend for the red major routes is missing from the map.(screen shot) and it's all red marker'd on the map. Truck routes...

Notice how the guy also moves the right rad detector off the legend during the film clip? I think we are looking at a code map. Have some ideas but the they are firmed up enough.
