Are there programs that families with emotionally "challenged" members can use to keep societly safe?

Just put those kids into the loving arms of your state Department of Family Services, and they'll be JUST FINE.

A family is often a tyranny ruled over by it's weakest member.

I wish I could help you but the medical system is so severely broken I doubt anyone can. The medical community today would rather see a school full of toddlers be shot to death than help someone who doesn't have the cash to pay them up front.

Until we as a people place the welfare of our citizens above the bottom line of finance, there will be no help for any of us.
