Actors is one stupid theory, unless theyre all aliens, you couldnt get so many people (a whole town) in cahoots
A huge quantum physics multi layered holographic matrix, holodeck reality is more probable than using actors like Dallas Goldbug claims..

I'm not sure what to make of this, but the woman in the video clip in the OP is definitely the same woman that Goldbug has posted pictures of. Sure just in what they dont show and dont ask you see that the media is for sure in it. Any slip ups and out of character stuff is never sent again or overplayed with pictures. There are also panicked and real people around who make good "TV material" but there are always, espacially with the local networks some guys interviewed who tell a whole different story. Also the early reports are often out of script. Then you have soem actors who are just bad acting having a bad day... They are also not overly concerned with stuff like this exposed cause they can still count on the mass of sheep who are totally driven by emotion believing everything. But we are gaining momentum and they rush things lately making more errors..
