Not so sure but the girl is just to picture perfect angel like.. Its just too cheesy to be true. He is all over the news in all countries and everyone is so touched and want to donate for the little girl.

Im not so sure about this cause obviously the story is really hard..

But I realized Also all those actors have a hard time pushing real tears.
