ODD: Underground Tunnels in Newtown, CT
"The Damned Story: Opened in 1931 to help alleviate the overcrowding at other state mental hospitals, Fairfield Hills housed “mentally ill” (aka “the criminally insane”) patients from across the state. Built on over 770 bucolic acres, the 16 buildings — all connected by underground tunnels — were home to over 4,000 patients when filled to capacity. Like many of its patients, Fairfield Hills projected an outward image that seemed quite pleasing; what was happening inside behind closed doors and out of the public eye, however, was much darker and disturbing."

Interestingly, this was where the movie Sleepers was filmed as well as MTV's Fear.

I seriously doubt this is relevant in any way, but, being that it was the location for what amounted to Nazi-style experimentation during the period of the rise of Nazism, it does offer one a vague whiff of suspicion.

I could imagine a powerful Satanic cult would find it an ideal location to host their rites within.

Any info you can provide is welcome. Thanks. I'm starting to see either a pattern and/or side plot forming here that can't be rationally entirely ignored.

In the 1996 movie "Sleepers" (hint hint) they use the real Fairfield Hills Hospital located in NEWTON Conneticut.... the movie renames the hospital Wilkinson School For Boys and proceeds to show young boys being beaten, raped & abused by the guards there...they later on grow up to become KILLERS (an undercover trained assassin is a SLEEPER!)

Re: ODD: Underground Tunnels in Newtown, CT
you guys forgot the most important part of the article [link to www.strangeusa.com] ""Although it has been abandoned since the mid-90's, proceed with EXTREME caution as there is almost always a cop or two there and at least 4 squad cars are guarding the location around Halloween."

"This Institution which was at one time privately owned, now belongs to the state. It is now patrolled by state troopers. Inside there are many of underground tunnels, none of which you can actually pass through because they are all welded shut at the doors. " then theres this other article claiming the tunnels have been removed [link to www.topix.com]

According to Wiki, it's in Newtown, not Newton.
"When tyrants tremble in their fear, and hear their death knell ringing,
When friends rejoice both far and near, how can I keep from singing"

Now you know where they came up with the 'name' for the lone nut gunman....

death squads - children executed - faction on faction warfare - DNA tests to try to find the identity one of the assassins taken out at the scene - confused, changing media cover stories because the TRUTH is too much for the sheeple to take...
