evidently they can't find a judge who will force the local
authorities, there, to release the information.

BUT, you can be certain that the MSM has got its lawyers
looming about in every courthouse in the area trying
to get a judge to issue an injunction.

these things take time. because as long as the judges
think that the secrecy of the "on-going investigation" is
more important than the "compelling public interest", then
the judges are not going to act.
