Your argument implies that if people were left outside of the influence of what you consider evil in society they would all naturally reach the same idea of morality based on a "god given" intuition, and that is simply illogical on two counts. First you can't ever argue that people can be fully outside of the influence of evil at any point, and secondly cultures that existed in isolation for thousands of years reached completely different concepts of ethics and morals.
Thus your "god given" intuition factor becomes a non factor in the greater equation as there's no way to provide any evidence regarding its nature or that it has ever influenced humanity by its own volition in any widespread manner.
It would become a factor if you could prove that this intuition you speak about can defeat the undesirable influences that society creates, but as according to your own argumentation it clearly succumbs to them then how can it serve for any purpose? Clearly even if it existed it is not the solution for our problems.
If you argue that this intuition becomes widespread only within a perfect society then it might as well not exist as a perfect society has never been found, and if a perfect society would exist what purpose would that intuition serve anyway?
Also you're argument about logic is incongruent. Logic is the way to reach truth, without logic whatever truth you may think you have found must rely upon faith and the arguments of faith can't ever be proven.

That is because, as illustrated in the Bible and through history over and over and over again, "Every man did what was right in his own eyes." When they do that, and exchange God's truth for a lie, God gives them over to their lusts and impurity and unrighteousness. The answers are here in the Book of Truth, just as bright as day. Thoughtfully read the first chapter of Romans. God explains this standard of righteousness and how men have strayed from it, and the consequences. Sin is enslaving and increasingly evil; the solution is through salvation in Jesus Christ! It's the only solution. That's the point you moran, if people possessed an inner god given intuition which by nature should grant them a moral compass, then they wouldn't need the bible, and the biblical tenets would have been accomplished through this inner truth springing out of all peoples of the world by its own volition, instead of through a book written in only one region by one culture at one determinate time frame. You already had to quote the damned bible because you have no mind of your own, you lame drone. God 's initial dispensation for men was conscience. He has put the knowledge in their hearts. He also placed knowledge of Him in all of nature (creation). Now He has provided us with the Scriptures, which all people in this 21st century have available to them. No man at any time since the world began has an excuse. God states "His eternal power and divine nature have been clealy seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse." No one has an excuse for not know God and His righteousness. No one. Not you, not me, not the shooters, not the politicians.....no one. Well your Bible also says THE LORD creates EVIL, did you know that?
