I can't believe what I'm hearing from this fool of a president. I'll take your word for it because I'm not watching 16 minutes of him spew haha. I was talking with my mom tonight for a while and she immediately started with the CT shooting and she was going on about how we need gun control. What could I say? I'm a gun owner. I told her she's probably going to get her wish.

Exactly, I qoute that on the OP...but too long for the Headline, so I paraphrased it...I didn't change the meaning, he is talking about the second amendment and the constitution when he says "Freedom"...

This is a joke right? It's always " we need to protect the children!" As a result there is no wrong with them and they think there the shit and can walk all over everyone. I go to school with them, it's terrible, weirdly enough, the teachers are the one's who are stating something more up GLP's Ally. They say how my generation dosn't question the media and blindly except what we are told. This is all I heard before the election this year. More importantly what about cars? By the same logic, cars are murder weapons- all automobiles should be banded besides Fisher Price Power Wheels that go .5 miles per hour so no one gets hurt, and hands & legs, sure they help us, but in order to protect our children, we should cut them off at birth so no one gets hurt. OH! and ban voice boxes! So no one's feelings get hurt!

If the teacher, principal, or security had a gun in that school; it is very likely none of the children would have been harmed.

College campuses are wide open for outsiders to come and go. Yet, we are not allowed guns on campus. A lot of our professors are ex military.

I just think it shows an extremely dangerous mentality to blame the Constitution for this problem...

I mean we've passed law after law, gun free zone after gun free zone, and it's just getting worse...

Maybe that should tell us something...

dont know why you guys are blaming ONLY liberals for them taking away rights. did you guys already forget about the patriot act? bush and friends passed that bill. there are many bills that have been passed that limit our rights. cispa,patriot act, etc. the list will keep growing as long as the status quo remains the same

look at some of the comments on the video, i know 27 people were killed but people are willing to give up rights if it means they think they will be safer.
