They didn't cut off the game, they just moved it to another channel for the time of Obama's speech. Then that channel went back to boxing so I knew Obama was done and I went back to the regular channel.

What specific freedom was he talking about? Everyone who isn't brain-dead understands that the right to bear arms is the key to the rest of our inalienable rights.

Me too. When I first heard about it...considering all the weirdness around the Aurora shooting, I told myself I am not buying any of it if the shooter(s) was wearing a mask.

The shooter was wearing a mask and the media desperately tried to link his mother to the school. There was so much misinformation in the media feeding frenzy it was dizzying.

To me, that is a clear sign that we are being lied to. They intentionally create the confusion knowing most people are only paying little attention. Most people probably still think that the Lanza boy's mother worked at the school. Many more don't know anything about it, other than it happened and whatever the police say about it is true.

All that we really know is another masked gunmen carried out another mass shooting and this time the 'perpetrator' won't stand trial. They will claim that there is an 'ongoing investigation', so they can't release any details knowing full well that in a few weeks they will say the 'lone shooter' killed himself and there will be no trial.

They will slowly leak out bits of information and give a superficially plausible story as to why the school was targeted.

Yet another mass shooting that stinks to high heaven.

O man, you're right! Holy crap! THAT was definitely premeditated move! It makes sense! Not to mention, I am not totally sure I am comfortable with just exactly their plans are for the 'mentally ill.' Institutions? Reminds me of a certain party that came to power in Germany...Is this even possible? Nothing surprises me anymore!

Well thanks for the compliment, and for the good thread. At the beginning of the game they gave the website to go to, to find the alternate channel. So I checked that, knowing the interruption was imminent, and was ready to respond quickly with evasive measures when I encountered the interruption. ;)

You said nothing will happen. I say that by the end of next year we (as a country) will have a federal law passed that specifically denies all gun rights to anyone with a history of mental illness...just as Obamacare is being fully implemented.

All the pieces for martial law are in place. Now it's a waiting game.

I moved out of an integrated suburb over a year ago and into a small semi rural town in Ohio. Now I'm sitting here wondering if I should move more rural. I'm renting month to month so I'm free to go any time. Location will be everything with what's coming down the pike.....
